Order/Return Policies All orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. Upon receipt of a purchase order, the item(s) will be removed from availability on the web site. Currently the site does not instantly update inventory as soon as a product is purchased. Galaxy Vintage's policy is first come first serve. Currently we take all major credit cards through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal. If payment is being made using PayPal, the item(s) will be shipped on the following business day of our receipt of payment. Payments using these methods must be sent within 48 hours of the time of the purchase order or the order will be cancelled. If payment is being made using a cashiers check or money order, item(s) will be shipped on the business day following our receipt of funds. Mailed payments must be received by Galaxy Vintage within 10 days of the purchase order or the order will be cancelled. If payment is being made using a bank wire transfer or Western Union, item(s) will be shipped on the business day following our receipt of funds. Payments must be received by Galaxy Vintage within 5 business days of the purchase order or the order will be cancelled. If payment is being made by personal or business cheque, item(s) will be shipped 10 business days following our receipt of the cheque.
